Returns & Refunds

We hold ourselves to high standards! We always do our best to take care of our customers' delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. And therefore, provide an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders. If wish to place a return or exchange request you can do so by emailing us at or by whatsapp at +9198106 75600 with the following information:

1. Order ID

2. Email ID used to place the order

3. Reason for return

4. Item name/number in case part of the order is to be returned

5. Upload pictures in case received damage product

Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, Eris Home team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

* Exchange or return request made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

* Product that is returned without all original packaging, tags/labels and all other items originally included withthe product at the time of delivery.

* Any item that have been used, washed, stained or tampered.


* The order can be cancelled until it’s been shipped.

* We may ask to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

* Any free product/gift item/offer associated with the main item, will have to be returnedas well.

* A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.

* Sale items are non-refundable.

* Replacement and exchange is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

* In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by Eris Home team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event customer wants to use the same merchandise, ERIS HOME will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and paid in advance.

* Eris Home reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order, change the price of a product, discontinue a sale/schemeat its sole discretion.

1. How will I receive my refund?

* Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and we shall intimate regarding your request eligibility.

* All Refunds will be made to the same mode used to make the payment.

* Any shipping, gift-wrapping,COD, charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
