We hold ourselves to high standards! We always do our best to take care of our customers' delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. And therefore, provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.

Packages will be shipped from Gurgaon, India.

Courier charge is calculated at the time of checkout depending upon the weight, volume and shipping pincode and the charges are to be paid by the customer at the time of checkout.

Under normal conditions, the product will reach you within 10-12 business days. However, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates

We currently do not offer any shipment services on weekends & National Holidays.

Our delivery partners will try reaching out to you several times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add an alternate phone/mobile number in the shipping address while placing an order.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of receipt of orders. If you wish to place a return or exchange request you can do so by emailing us at makemyhome@erishome.com or by whatsapp at +9198106 75600 with the following information:

1. Order ID

2. Email ID used to place the order

3. Reason for return

4. Upload 3 different pictures of the product (if product is not upto your satisfaction)

Return/Exchange requests placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 15 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

* Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

* Any item that have been washed, stained or damaged by you.

* We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

* All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Additionally:

* In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

* A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.

* In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by Eris Home team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, ERIS HOME will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Eris Home team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, Eris Home will not ship the product

1. How will I receive my refund?

* Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and we shall intimate you regarding your request eligibility.

* All Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the payment. Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Your privacy is of utmost priority to us. We at ERIS HOME assure you a safe transaction through a secured payment gateway with encryption technology to keep your information confidential. You can choose your preferred method of payment when you are prompted to choose a ‘Payment Option’ in the buying process.

To provide a hassle free shopping experience, we offer the following payment options to our customers:

* Credit Card or Debit card: We will authorize your credit or debit card at the time of purchase, but will only charge you for the shipment for your order.

* Demand Draft or Cheque payment: Issue a cheque or DD to transfer the amount (please contact us to learn more).

* Direct Deposit Online: Transfer directly to our Bank account using NEFT facility after placing an order (please contact us to learn more).

PLEASE NOTE:

* There are no extra charges for VAT or Octroi to be paid at the time of delivery. The price on our website is the final price to be paid, inclusive of all taxes. The customer will be provided with a tax invoice along with your order.

* Feel free to contact us if you wish to cancel your order and request a refund (Store credit only). The process for refund is simple and hassle free and is usually completed in 15 working days.
