What is the use of bed cover?

Think of bedcovers as clothes for your bed! A bedcover dresses up your bedroom makes the bed look neat and sophisticated. It also prevents the bedsheet and pillow covers from getting dirty.

Start by knowing the size of your bed. Eris Home's bedcovers our full size which are ideal for king and super king beds but also works for queen size beds. The second thing to consider is how often is the bedcover used. If you lay your bedcover everyday opt for something that can be machined washed. Eris Home's cotton bedcovers can be machine washed and are low maintenance. If you use a bedcover only on special occassions then you can opt for something more luxurious such as the ahimsa silk bedcovers by Eris Home. Last thing to keen in mind is the hand feel of the bedcover, it should feel soft and comfortable to laze upon. All our bedcovers are made from export quality fabric for the ultimate luxury experience.

That would depend on 3 factors - usage frequency, adherence to care instructions and fabric material. Typically if Eris Home's cotton bedcovers are used daily, machine washed twice a month and are used with basic care they should easily last you 2-3 years without looking warn out.

Natural fabrics such as silk, cotton, linen etc are the best for cushion covers as they look and feel luxurious, they are also sustainable.

They vary in terms of size of purpose. A pillow cover is generally rectangle and its purpose is to rest your head upon, so they need to feel soft to your skin and have minimal embellishements. A cushion can be any shape and size and its purpose is decorative.

Depends on the size of chair/sofa/bed that you want to place it upon. Generally a 20*20 inches cushion paired with an 18*18m cushion is a good option.

A table runner can be a few inches shorter than your dinning table or can even over flow from both ends. Its personal choice, there is no wrong way.

Table runners can be dressed up by placing a flower vase upon it, candle stands or simply a fruit bowl.

It has a two pronged purpose, it protects the dinning table from direct heat of the dishes, spillage and stains from food dropping and scratches from cutlery and crockery. It's also decorative, it can set the tone for the dinning experience. For instance a formal table runner with foil work is ideal for a festive dinner versus a simple printed runner in a pop colour is perfect for daily use.

* In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

* A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.

* In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by Eris Home team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, ERIS HOME will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Eris Home team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, Eris Home will not ship the product

Orders

Below are some common questions about orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The orders are dispatched within 2 business days. However, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

We currently do not offer any delivery services on weekends & National Holidays.

Our delivery partners will try reaching out to you several times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add an alternate phone/mobile number in the shipping address while placing an order.

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Eris Home. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it acts as an order receipt.

Simply follow the below-mentioned steps:

Click on 'Login / Sign Up' on the top right of the page and log in to your account.

Click on the 'Orders' tab.

Go to the relevant Order No. and click on it to check its status.

Shipping& Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns and refunds.

Do you cover shipping charges?

Yes, shipping is free for all pre-paid orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders. If you wish to place a return or Exchange request, you can do so by emailing us at makemyhome@erishome.com or by WhatsApp at +91-8766231517 with the following information:

 

  1. Order ID
  2. Email ID used to place the order
  3. Reason for return
  4. Upload 3 different pictures of the product (if product is not up to your satisfaction)

 

Return/Exchange requests placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 15 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

  1. Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and we shall intimate regarding your request eligibility.
  2. All Refunds will be made to the same mode used to make the payment.
  3. wrapping, COD, charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transaction?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

 

* Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Rupay

* Net Banking - All major banks

* Debit Card - All major banks

* UPI  

Additionally, we provide a Cash on Delivery option (COD) for domestic orders up to INR 20,000. This means you can choose to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, for orders within the specified amount limit.

PLEASE NOTE:

* There are no extra charges for VAT or Octroi to be paid at the time of delivery. The price on our website is the final price to be paid, inclusive of all taxes. The customer will be provided with a tax invoice along with your order.

* Feel free to contact us if you wish to cancel your order and request a refund (Store credit only). The process for refund is simple and hassle free and is usually completed in 7 working days.
