After your order is shipped, we will send you an email and text containing the shipping company details and the tracking information for your order. With this information, you can directly track your package on the shipping company's website by entering the provided tracking details. This allows you to stay updated on the status and whereabouts of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Non-Availability on delivery

If our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product to your address, they will return it to us. To ensure smooth delivery, kindly provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the postal/zip code and a mobile number. This information is crucial in expediting the delivery of your order. In case of a non-delivery due to a mistake made by you, such as providing an incorrect name, address, or contact number, any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the user placing the order. Therefore, it is essential to double-check and provide accurate details to avoid any inconvenience.


How Do I Return/Exchange An Item?

We allow product returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of order receipt. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us by emailing or sending a message via WhatsApp to +91 8766231517 Once your return/exchange request is successfully submitted, our Eris Home team will review it, and if all conditions are met, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up.

Which Products Are Not Eligible For Return?

* Return or exchange request made beyond 7 days from delivery.

* Products returned without all original packaging, tags/labels, and other items included with the product during delivery.

* Any item that has been used, washed, stained, or tampered with.

Additional points to note:

* You can cancel an order before it's shipped.

* We may request images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

* If the main item comes with any free product/gift item/offer, they must be returned as well.

* Each order allows only one return and exchange request.

* Sale items are non-refundable.

* Replacement and exchange are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the item.

* If a return/exchange request is rejected after a physical quality check by our team, the customer is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If the customer wants to retain the merchandise, ERIS HOME will arrange for courier service to the required address, with the logistics and handling cost to be borne by the customer and paid in advance.

* Eris Home retains the authority to decline or annul any order (preceding notification will be provided), modify product prices, or terminate a promotion/program at its exclusive judgment.


  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned/exchanged items in our warehouse, and we will notify you about the eligibility of your request.
  • All refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment.
  • Please note that any shipping, gift-wrapping, COD, or other charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Mode of payment

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions: * Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Rupay * Net Banking - All major banks * Debit Card - All major banks * UPI Additionally, we provide a Cash on Delivery option (COD) for domestic orders up to INR 20,000. This means you can choose to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery, for orders within the specified amount limit.
